"Wouldn't give you even a 1 star first off my mother had full coverage for Rv needless to say Decatur had bad storms she reported it to your office no one did nothing for her making excuses why they weren't going cover her damage to Rv finding out they canceled her policy on rv would never had insurance state farm always trying get out fixing things for her that pay there premium every month and if something happens they dont stand behind my mother what purpose insurance they never did anything to help her she having pay cost damage to rv ."
